Learn to soak them the ancient way and then bake with them for better flavor and nutrition. You'll watch and taste home-made tortillas, fluffy dinner rolls, the best muffins ever, and ancient grain pizza crust. By the end, you’ll have the motivation to fully transition your kitchen to fresh-milled flour!
